Sloan has been a Master Stylist for nearly 30 years, and graduated from the Aveda Institute. She has high integrity and standards in the quality of her work and loves what she does. Whether she is with a new client for the first time, or with a client she hasn’t seen in years, she loves the communication and artistry that takes place in order for each client to leave her chair feeling beautiful. She specializes in dimensional color with highlights and lowlights, long layered haircuts, and loves doing hair with texture and personality. She also loves doing shortcuts, pixie cuts and men’s cuts. She is a certified Halo Couture Hair Extension Specialist and was honored to have worked with the Cardinals Cheerleaders with their extensions before games and events for multiple seasons. She also dedicated a period of her life helping at the Arizona Women’s Cancer Center helping patients with their wigs. She is certified in the Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment and continues her education on Behind the Chair. She ran her own salon suite for four years and is proud of that part of her career, but feels so blessed to be at Colair and loves everything about working in a team environment!
